During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have caused electricity outages in multiple districts of the capital city, Kyiv.

Several individuals were injured while residents in eastern neighborhoods were experienced blackouts and faced interruptions to water systems, per reports from municipal leaders.

Simultaneously, a minor was killed in a different aerial attack in the southeastern region in the country's south-east, as reported by regional authorities.

Moscow has intensified attacks on energy facilities over the past few days, while the country's government has called for "concrete actions" from international partners to exert influence on Moscow.

"The necessity is not superficial actions but decisive action - from the US, Europe and the major economies - in supplying protection systems and applying restrictions," he wrote in a online statement.

Officials stated that numerous aerial vehicles and over thirty missiles attacked energy facilities, describing such assaults as "premeditated" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.

Government representatives said Russia was "launching a major assault" and technical staff were working to restore power.

A wave of strikes damaged electrical systems and civilian homes in Kyiv.

Several of the people hurt in the strikes on the capital have been taken to hospital, according to municipal representatives.
